This autumn, bring your family and friends along to bike the East Coast Greenway. There’s no better time than the fall to admire the beauty of Union County (and New Jersey as a whole) while getting active. At 2,900 miles, the East Coast Greenway is one of the longest bike journeys in the United States. It spans Union, Springfield, Cranford and Kenilworth counties. Check out the route here.

Just because summer is over, doesn’t mean you can’t spend time in the great outdoors anymore. Head to Echo Lake Park (a 16 minute drive from The Park) for an afternoon breathing in the fresh air, walking your dog or journaling.
