There’s no time like to the present to get up, get active and get fit. It’s never been easier to stay fit at The Park in Union County, NJ. Here’s how you can keep in shape at The Park this summer.
Spend a day in the sun. Walk over to our 20-acre park and head out on the 3.5 mile walking and fitness trails. If the summer heat proves to be a too hot to handle, step inside The Park’s fitness center for a yoga class. Then, cool off by swimming some laps in our resort-style pool.
